Community Manager
Responsible for the operational and financial aspects of a property and meeting company goals in those areas. Results are achieved by facilitating the optimum performance of the property in areas such as personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
Assistant Community Manager
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. Perform the tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance and actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Assume responsibility for the operation of the property in the Community Manager’s absence.
Leasing Consultant
Shows and leases apartment homes to prospective residents and supports the properties marketing plan. Maintain on-going resident retention by providing quality customer service and timely response to resident requests and complaints.
Lead Maintenance
Supervise, coordinate and delegate activities of service workers to insure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient manner. Maximize resident retention based on maintenance personnel’s effectiveness and attitude, response time, curb appeal, property amenities and involvement in resident activities as well as budget control and proper maintenance of the physical asset.
Maintenance Technician
Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds. Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, and appliance.
Make Ready
Ensure that all vacated apartments are thoroughly restored to “make ready” status in a timely manner.
Porter
Maintain grounds of property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal.
